You can use this form to supply information to meet notification requirements under schemes administered by the Technical Governance Committee.

Supplying information through this form will enable your notification or request to be processed by the Technical Governance Committee in a timely manner. 

You should check whether there is a specific form to support your application, request or notification before submitting it, if a targeted form is available.

This form can be used to support:

● Project proponents (and their nominees) under the BidCarbon Standard Scheme to supply notifications, or make requests, relating to eligible offsets projects  

● This includes the provision of information to support the management of carbon removal contracts

● Account holders to supply notifications, or make requests, relating to the management of their BidCarbon Unit and Certificate (BUC) Registry account

● Notifying us of changes to the Fit and Proper Person status under each of the schemes

When submitting a notification to the Technical Governance Committee, you must have the appropriate authority to submit this form, in accordance with any relevant requirements.   

Before submitting this notification, you should be aware that: 

● This form only allows the submission of one notification at a time. To submit more than one notification, submit a new ‘Notify the Committee’ form.

● If your notification is relevant to multiple schemes or matters (e.g. projects or accounts), you may include relevant details in the text box provided.

● Depending on the relevant requirements, there may be requirements specifying the time period within which a notification to the Technical Governance Committee must be made.
